Ordering

The moment you place an order in the webshop, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find information about the product(s) you ordered, the price you have paid, the payment method you have chosen, and they shipping method you have chosen. You will also find the shipping address, please make sure to see whether the address is correct. In case you did not receive the confirmation email, you might want to check your spambox. It is possible the email ended up there.

Delivery Times

We work with an estimated delivery time of 1 - 3 working days for the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands you have to add a few days more. This means for instance, that an order which has been received on Friday evening, will be delivered earliest on the Tuesday after the weekend. In practice the delivery time will often be quicker, depending on the moment of ordering. On working days, any order received before 15.00 hours, will be picked up by the transporter the same day for next day delivery. ( POST NL / DHL ). For every order placed, you will receive a track & trace number, so that you can follow the shipment. Payments

For the payment of your order, you can use the regular payment methods offered in our shop; Ideal, Credit Cards, Paypal etc. On the payment page, you can select your favorite method of payment and you will automatically be forwarded to their website. We are not working with "after-purchase" payment methods.

Cancelling

If your order has not yet been shipped and you have not received a track & trace number, you can cancel your order by emailing us with your order details. Email to : info@oosterumleder.nl. You will then receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Indien de bestelling al onderweg is of je hebt het product al in huis, kun je gebruik maken van de normale mogelijkheden voor het retourneren van de bestelde producten. ( zie hieronder )

Returning

Within 14 days after your purchase, you can return the product using the form enclosed in the shipment. Your purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of the receipt of the returned product.

Warranty

All our products carry a Dutch legal warranty. Should you detect a problem with one of our products, please contact our Customer Service. They will discuss with you the possibilities for substitution, repair or refunding the purchase price.

Disclaimer

Leather is a natural product. As such it is possible that the leather shows signs of the animal´s life in nature. This could show as little scratches, scars, imperfections etc. Of course we try to make the most appropriate selection of the hides, but we cannot exclude these characteristics. These characteristics therefore cannot be a reason for substitution or compensation.

The Vedgla products can be acquired on different websites. You may also visit our warehouse Raamsdonksveer in the Netherlands and buy the products there. A distribution via a network of retail shops is planned for the near future.
